Fostering Meditation Wellness Spaces - Fostering Meditation will transform a locker room into a Wellness Room at a public school that serves special needs students in East Harlem. The space will be used as a safe haven for students in crisis so they have a space where they can relax, recenter, and rejuvenate and will provide an opportunity to launch FM Fellows, where students who have taken part in FM programs will learn to teach others the foundations of yoga and meditation.
