A $500 grant to the Juanilama Elementary School in Costa Rica in 2008 through World Connect’s Kids to Kids program supported the renovation of the school’s playground. Previously the school had a small play area which was neglected and dilapidated. The students now take pride in their school improvement project and they are able to increase the amount of physical activity they get during their time outside of the class room.Explore other Projects
