This project will support a rural cooperative in Banda village that is comprised primarily of young mothers. The cooperative has elected to pursue rabbit farming as a collective income generating activity, in the short term with a goal to be able to sell rabbit meat, offspring and manure in the community and area markets, and in the long-term with a goal to save enough money to open a shop in their village.
